In the ancient yoga texts the word "harinam" (sanskrit) designates the process of mantra meditation by chanting the names of the Supreme, the cause of all causes. "Hari" is He who clears the way by removing the obstacles, a name of the Supreme, while "nam" means "name". It is emphatically stated in the Vedic scriptures again and again that in this age of quarrel and hypocrisy, the only means of deliverance is the chanting of the holy names of the Supreme Lord (harinam). Thus, HARINAM is spreading the transcendental vibration of the blissful spiritual realm.
